MEET THE TEAM
Oysters are a passion for Brian. With a degree in Marine Biology and Environmental Science from the University of Maine, he has spent over ten years in marine aquaculture. Sarah began her journey as a stained glass artist and later found a creative outlet in X-ray technology. In her free time, you can find Sarah on the farm harvesting oysters with Brian or sketching landscapes of the bay. She loves being out on the water and sharing their oysters with friends, family and neighbors. Check out Sarah's favorite grilled oyster recipe here.
